Employment Service (RYCES)

 RYCES facilitates the safe connection between youth and employers. Open to all Rye youth 8th grade - 22 years, our employment services connect youth to part-time and full-time jobs, and community service opportunities.  


Youth leadership and community service opportunities that promote engagement, connection and empowerment of Rye’s youth across all segments of our community.  


Workshops created to develop teens' self-esteem, self-confidence, essential communications skills and habits for their lifetime. A planned series of community-based Q&A panels for 10th - 12th grade students to gain a better understanding of how their passions can inform their careers. Panelists share their stories of exploration, detours, bumps on the road, and personal success.
