Parenting can be a challenge, and we are here to help. Rye Youth Council facilitates expert-led educational discussions, seminars and workshops for parents to learn proven, effective strategies for nurturing connection and resilience in their teens. 


NEW In Sync Parent Education

InSync Parent Education provides insight for parents into what is being taught by our Youth Educator in the schools. The intent is to help parents support and reinforce the social and emotional learnings at home. 

  • Enables parents to extend and reinforce the social and emotional skills at home
  • Provides practical application of social and emotional concepts and competencies that are introduced  through our programming.

Workshops designed to help parents support their children grades 5 through college during crucial developmental transition phases.

Our Timely Topics parent education is ongoing and open to the public. Topics focus on trends and issues relevant to teens and their families  in our community, including:
