Liza Bainbridge, MSW, Co-president
Liza and her husband, David, have lived in Rye since 2005. They have three children, two of whom currently attend Rye High School and one who graduated from RHS and attends the University of Richmond. Liza received a BA from St. Lawrence University and her Masters in Social Work from NYU. She worked as a therapist at a community health center in Hoboken and volunteered at a homeless shelter until they moved to Rye. Once in Rye, she volunteered for Midland School chairing the school fundraiser, running Field Day and helping with the Famous Artists program. More recently, she has become involved in Kids In Crisis in Greenwich, CT. She started a bookclub for teens living in their emergency shelter and participates in their SafeTalk program, which teaches elementary school students how to protect themselves in a variety of situations.

Monica Brenner, co-president
Monica Brenner moved to Rye in 2010 with her husband and three children: Nate, Charlie and Claire. Prior to moving to Rye, she spent 12 years working as the Manager of Legal Recruitment for a large, Wall Street law firm. Monica has been actively involved in numerous local not-for-profits, including the Rye Free Reading Room, Midland Elementary School (where she served as the PTO President), and Community Synagogue of Rye (where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees). Monica is a graduate of Colgate University and is the director of PlaySmart Academy, a free, one-week leadership and sports camp for under-served youth in the area. She joined the Rye Youth Council’s Board in 2019.

Pixie Brokaw
Pixie has lived in Rye since 2013 with her husband, Carter, and two children, Jasper and Skylar. She owns a successful private pilates studio in her home and has dedicated over 20 years to studying and teaching functional movement and wellness. Known for her wealth of knowledge of anatomy and physical rehabilitation, Pixie applies a holistic, individualized approach to all of her clients. In addition to Pilates, Pixie holds a certification in health coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, certifications in Pilates for osteoporosis and pre/post natal, as well as personal training from NASM. Prior to discovering Pilates, Pixie spent 12 years at CNET Networks where she was an early adopter of digital publishing/media while serving as a key contributor to their Global Strategic Account division. Pixie holds a BA from Middlebury College.

Erin Buckley, co-president
Erin moved to Rye in 2013 and has 2 children attending the Rye schools. Prior to joining the Rye Youth Council Board, Erin worked as Vice President of Merchandising for various footwear brands and holds a BS from Syracuse University in Retail and Marketing. Her initial community engagement included chairing Midland's Picture Day, the Children's Chance Room at the Midland Fair, as well as delivering food for Horizons to neighboring low-income communities.

Jason Feinberg
Jason and his wife Jaclyn are raising three young children in Rye. Raised in the Atlantic City, NJ area, Jason then graduated from UPENN in 2001. He is on the Board of Directors for the football program after graduating with 2 Ivy League championships and a number of records as the field goal kicker. Professionally, Jason worked at Lehman Brothers & Barclays for 14 years before leaving for Highfields Capital in Boston. Currently he is a Managing Director and Partner at Eagle Capital. The Feinberg’s youngest son JJ was born with a congenital heart defect. As a result, they are active with the Pediatric Cardiac Center at CHOP in Philadelphia as well as the National Brain Tumor Society.

Willie Gould, M.Ed.
Willie Gould lives in Rye with his wife Lindy (Smalt) and their two daughters, Skyler and Waverly. Lindy is a fourth generation Rye resident. She attended Milton School and graduated from Rye High School. Willie is originally from Vermont and is a graduate of Wesleyan University and UMass Boston, where he received his M.Ed. He has 15 years of experience working in K-12 education as a teacher, instructional coach, middle school principal, and talent leader in Boston, Chicago, and Harlem. Willie currently works in talent strategy for the Helmsley Charitable Trust, a healthcare-focused global philanthropy based in New York. He loves spending time in Rye Town Park with his yellow lab Summer, paddleboarding on the Sound, distance running, and watching Premier League soccer. He's incredibly excited to support the Rye Youth Council and their vital work with young people in this community.

Elyssa Gray
Elyssa moved to Rye with her husband, David, and 2 boys, Ethan and Justin, in 2014. She has been a Board member of the Rye Youth Council since 2019 and currently serves as one of three co-presidents along with Allison Chader and Laura Kovacs. Having participated in many of the RYC’s programs and experienced the benefit for her children, she was eager to jump right in and put her marketing background to work to continue to raise awareness of the many programs that RYC offers our community. Elyssa holds a BS in Consumer Studies from the University of Vermont and a Diploma in Coaching from NYU. When she isn’t in Rye, you can find her and her family in racing programs at Stratton, VT. She currently works as a brand consultant and professional coach.

Rammy Harwood, MBA
Rammy has over 25 years’ experience building organizations from the ground up. Most recently, Rammy was the founder and CEO of Kidville, an Early Childhood Enrichment franchise with locations throughout the US and over 200 locations sold in 9 countries. His passion is for developing a culture of cross-functional integration and performance measurement that is the catalyst for significant team member growth and both organic and inorganic expansion. Rammy thrives on building brands through experiential and operational excellence to drive remarkable results for both team members and guests alike. He finds joy in helping other charitable organizations execute their goals specifically with Second Chance Toys, Rock Asylum Foundation, and Worth of Love. Rammy received a BS with honors from Middlebury College, an MBA from NYU Stern, and is an active YPO Executive Board member. Rammy lives in Rye with his wife Courtney and two children Cameron and Xander.

Sally Joyce
Sally Joyce and her husband Jim moved to Rye in August 2014, just in time for their daughter Caroline to start Kindergarten at Midland. Before making the move to the suburbs, Sally spent nearly six years in London working for a large American bank selling prime brokerage services and, then ten years in New York City as the head of marketing and sales for Citco Fund Services. As a cancer survivor, Sally is an active volunteer with Memorial Sloan Kettering’s patient-to-patient program and serves on their Patient Family Council for Quality. More locally, she works as a Wig Exchange Client Coordinator with Soul Ryeders. During her daughter’s time at Midland, Sally was very active with the PTO, including running the annual fundraiser and even acting as PTO President. Originally from the West Coast, Sally is a graduate of the University of Oregon and remains an avid Duck Football fan!! She joined the Rye Youth Council’s Board in 2021.

Meghann Kelly
Meghann Kelly and her husband, John, moved to Rye in 2009 where she has enthusiastically volunteered for many local non-profits and her children's schools. Meghann joined the Rye Youth Council Board in 2021 and is excited to help the RYC promote and support the social and emotional health of our community. Before moving to Rye, Meghann lived and worked in Bangkok, Thailand, Chicago and NYC in education and social services, disaster relief and non-profit development. Meghann has a BA from the University of Notre Dame in History, Sociology and International Peace Studies. Currently, Meghann can most often be found with her four perfectly imperfect children: Mac, Stepan, Walter and Rhetta.

Laura Kovacs, M.Ed.
Laura and her husband, Steve, moved to Rye in 1999 where they are raising their four sons. Laura is a former elementary school teacher who holds a Masters as a Reading Specialist. She has been a Rye Youth Council Board Member since 2018 and serves as co-president with Elyssa Gray and Allison Chader. Laura has been active with RYCES and the Career GPS Panels and will serve as an RYC liaison to the Rye City Schools. She is a co-leader of the RHS junior class parenting group. Additionally, she serves as the treasurer for the Rye Boys Soccer Booster club and is very active in the Rye High School lacrosse, basketball and football booster clubs. Laura currently works part-time as a real estate staging consultant

Alissa Osier
Alissa Osier has lived in Rye since 2013 with her husband Jason and her three sons Jason Jr., Cooper, and Charlie. Realizing that her former career in finance was something she was ready to move on from, Alissa began taking an active role in the community. She has served on the PTO of Osborn Elementary School and volunteered in various community-run events. She spent several years coaching the nationwide “Let Me Run” wellness program for boys. Loving the social-emotional component of this program, Alissa went on to become a certified mindfulness educator through Mindful Schools. She was thrilled to join the Rye Youth Council Board in March of 2023 and sees this as the perfect opportunity to continue helping the youth in our community. Alissa is also a member of The Rye Act Coalition, promoting positive health and wellness behaviors in order to reduce youth substance use. She continues to seek out other healing modalities and has become a certified meditation teacher, mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher for teens, and sound healer. She feels the more she can learn, the more effective she can be. Alissa is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland but originally hails from Buffalo, NY. She still enjoys a good snowstorm!

Rachel Spice
Rachel and her family moved to Rye from NYC in 2021 and have felt so welcomed into the amazing Rye community. Born and raised in NYC, she has never felt more at home in Rye. She is a former CPA who worked in public accounting, consulting, and fraud investigations and litigation. For the past 10 years she has been volunteering in multiple children related organizations in board and other positions such as treasurer, fundraising chair, communications and grade and classroom representatives. Rachel has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumni interviewer and reunion committee member. When not with her 2 human children Jaclyn and Kenzie and husband Jon, you can often find her at dog beach or walking her “boys” Asher and Kona throughout town. The family now public joke – who does she talk more to, the dogs or the humans.

Marnie White, LCSW
Marnie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been counseling children, adolescents and families for over 20 years. With an emphasis on holistic counseling and building resiliency, Marnie utilizes her training in trauma focused therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, collaborative problem solving, and mindfulness to help her clients achieve their personal, social, and emotional goals. Marnie counsels clients in NYC and Westchester through her practices located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and Rye, NY. Marnie also has a successful consulting business partnering with NYC DOE and Charter schools in order to strengthen their mental health programming and staff development, recently focusing her time promoting Social Emotional Learning, Mindfulness and other awareness-based practices through a racial equity lens. Marnie has a Masters of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from McGill University. Marnie is also the proud mother of 3 terrific children ranging from ages 8-11 and a committed RYC board member since 2018.

Tracy Wydra, M.Arch.
Tracy and her husband Zac moved to Rye in 2008. They have 3 children; Maren, Ells, and Lawton. She is currently the Co-Founder of WINNØW Clean By Design, a science-backed, clean, luxury skincare brand. Prior to that, she spent several years in finance and creative advertising. Tracy has been active in the local community running the Famous Artist Program at Midland for several years and as a member of the board of the Rye Free Reading Room. She received her BA in Economics from Georgetown University and her M.Arch from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is currently on the executive board of the Council of the Arts at M.I.T.
